Baby massage course

Pace baby massage courses are open to parents/caregivers of babies from 6-8 weeks to eight months old, including pre term and high risk children. Some younger or pre term/high risk babies may not be able to tolerate full body massage, but our specialist instructors can tailor the session to meet your child’s needs.

Groups are of approximately 4-6 babies and the course runs for five weeks. During our sessions, you will be the only person to massage your baby. The instructor will demonstrate on a doll.

The five week course costs £35 and includes weekly handouts, massage oil for use in the class (parents/caregivers can bring their own if preferred) and light refreshments.

Baby massage groups are also a great way to meet other parents, share information and discuss any concerns.
