With particular experience teaching in early years foundation stage (EYFS) and special education needs and disabilities (SEND), Claire specialised in SEND at an early stage in her teaching career and qualified as a special educational needs and disabilities co-ordinator (SENDCO) in 2010.
Claire has been building her experience teaching and leading in both mainstream primary and special educational settings since 2005. She has been a school leader at Pace since 2012 and successfully lead Pace through three outstanding Ofsted inspections over a ten year period.
Claire is passionate about values driven school leadership and strives to ensure that Pace’s core values are at the heart of our school practice at all times aspiring to bring about the best possible outcomes for Pace students and staff alike.
