La Grande Aventure

Pace / La Grande Aventure

Amsterdam to Lille Cycle

8-12th September 2021

Cycle for 4 days, across 3 countries, covering 225 miles, for 1 great cause.

Wouldn’t it be incredible to go on an exciting cycling adventure while making an almighty difference to the children at Pace?

“La Grande Aventure” is an ideal cycle challenge for novice and intermediate cyclists. This four day adventure starts in Amsterdam and travels across The Netherlands, Belgium and into France finishing in the beautiful city of Lille.

Lille is the capital of the Hauts-de-France region in northern France, near the border with Belgium. A cultural hub and bustling university city today, it was once an important merchant centre of French Flanders, and many Flemish influences remain. The historic centre, Vieux Lille, is characterised by 17th-century brick town houses, cobbled pedestrian streets and the large central square, Grand Place.

Our Lille Big Cycle is aimed at novice to intermediate cyclists.

The 2019 ride from Aylesbury to Ypres raised over £50,0000 to help transform the lives of children with disabilites.
