He has been Deputy Head Teacher at Pace school for over a year, and was appointed as Headteacher in July 2024.
He brings over ten years of senior management experience to Pace, and his previous position as Assistant Headteacher enabled him to work directly with parents and pupils to build confidence and create new opportunities.
