Thanks for your interest in booking a stall slot at the Pace Christmas Gift Fair. Stall registration is priced at £30, which will grant you a 2 metre space. If you think you need a larger space then please get in contact to arrange this for an extra charge. The event will take place 12-6pm on Saturday 15th November at the 14th Vale of Aylesbury Sea Scout Hut, Wendover Road.
You will be welcome into the hut to setup your stall from 10am and stalls must be ready for trade by 11.45am. We ask you to supply and bring your own table for the event, but will have a small number of tables that can be hired for the day and set up for a £3 charge (limited availability, on a first come first served basis).
Stallholders must abide by the Charity’s reasonable instructions for parking and security at the venue during the event and whilst loading and unloading. Stallholders will be responsible for clearing away any refuse, empty boxes, packaging etc relating to their stall at the end of the Fair.
It is a requirement that you hold your own public liability insurance policy for the event, as you will then be covered if a member of the public makes a claim that your business has caused injury or damage to them. Pace cannot be held responsible for your products during the Fair and you will not be able to claim on our insurance.
In the event of a stallholder having to cancel their booking, a refund will only be given if the Charity is able to re-let the space. For any questions or more information, please email [email protected]
