School-based therapy

Finding the right expertise and support for children with additional needs can be very challenging, especially for schools. At Pace, we are committed to supporting mainstream and special schools with the therapy advice and services they need.

– Pace provides occupational therapy and physiotherapy services to around 280 children in three local maintained special schools in Aylesbury.

– We are working with a small group of primary schools on a pilot programme to establish sustainable and effective ways of supporting mainstream SENDCos, teachers and teaching assistants in their work with children with additional needs.

– We can also provide one-off or longer-term advice and support to your mainstream or special school team, helping you to identify and deliver the strategy, programmes and techniques to best support the children in your school.
