World Cerebral Palsy Day 2024

A young girl with brown hair in a ponytail with a pink hair tie smiles broadly while doing a spin-art painting activity. She wears a black plastic apron and has green paint on her hands. She is seated at a blue table with a round wooden spinning board covered in green paint splatter, with a sheet of white paper on top. A wheelchair is visible in the background.

World Cerebral Palsy Day 2024

World Cerebral Palsy Day was on Sunday 6th October this year and so we chose to celebrate the big day on Wednesday at Pace School. Children and staff were all encouraged to come in wearing something green, with some even going the extra mile in head to toe green!

Classes Juniper and Cedar spent the day doing arts and crafts with green paints, green card and green tissue paper! There was green everywhere to commemorate this brilliant day where we get to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy and celebrate the unique experiences of everyone with CP.
