Caroline is our Director of Fundraising and Communications, and currently interim CEO. She is a member of the leadership team, heads up the fundraising department and looks after all of our public communication channels. A CIM qualified Marketer turned fundraiser, Caroline develops passionate and creative connections with colleagues, our Pace families and our children and young people. Her goal is to ensure that Pace has the funds it needs to achieve extraordinary outcomes for the children and families we work with. Caroline joined Pace in 2016.
