PaceFEST stall

PaceFest is a brand-new addition to our events calendar and promises to be a fantastic, accessible day of fun, community, and celebration. Taking place on Sunday 7th June 2025, from 11am–4pm on John Colet School playing fields, PaceFest brings together families, friends, local businesses, performers, and food vendors for a vibrant event everyone can enjoy.

Visitors can browse a wide range of stalls from local businesses, enjoy delicious food and drink from independent food vendors, and take in live performances and entertainment throughout the day. The event is designed to be welcoming for all, with space to join in as much or as little as you like.

Stallholders will be able to access the site from 9am on the 7^th, with stalls to be set up by 10:45. Following PaceFest, stallholders will have access until 6 to pack away.

As a standard stallholder, you will have access to:

• 3x3m space for a gazebo etc.
• Your business logo on the screens at both school sites
• PaceFest assets
• A place on the Superhero Mile
• Pre-event shoutout on social media

As an enhanced stallholder you will have access to:

• Larger space for a food van or bigger gazebo
• Your business logo on the screens at both school sites
• PaceFest assets
• Your logo on a station on the Superhero Mile
• 2 places on the Superhero Mile
• Pre-event shoutout on social media
