In September 2010, Modesta began her journey supporting and empowering students with special educational needs, working in various roles within a SEN school. With over a decade of experience, she has honed her skills in creating inclusive learning environments and fostering students’ holistic development.
Since November 2013, Modesta has taken on middle leadership roles, showcasing her ability to lead teams, implement strategic initiatives, and achieve positive student and staff outcomes.
In September 2022, Modesta joined Pace as a Specialist Teacher and began her role as an Assessment and Impact Coordinator in April 2023, where she led external qualifications and assessments. Starting in January 2025, Modesta has stepped into the role of Deputy Headteacher at Pace School.
