SUMMARY:AAC Coffee Mornings
DESCRIPTION:We are inviting pre-school and school age AAC users along with their families to join us for a social and play focused coffee morning. \n  \nThis is an opportunity for them to practise using their AAC system while socialising with new people\, build confidence in a relaxed environment and for families to share experiences. \n  \nThe coffee mornings are being held at our Wendover Road site on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th April and are free to attend. \n  \nIf you would like to come along please complete the short form here and we will contact you. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Handwriting Skills Programme
DESCRIPTION:Throughout the Easter holidays we are running a handwriting skills programme for children (primarily aged 4-7) with handwriting development concerns\, consisting of 3 sessions of 90 minutes in small groups to enable personalised support. \n\nOur fun\, engaging activities will focus on improving pencil grip and letter formation as well as strengthening writing endurance and hand muscles. \n\nThe programme will be £75\, inclusive of all 3 sessions. \n\n\n\n\nIf you are interested in booking your child a place on the programme\, please complete the short form here and we will contact you.

Then we move down to meet the young people from some of our secondary school classes\, to learn about the curriculum\, our SMART school and what your support means to them. Next\, through the power of technology\, we will see the various classes of our Primary school in their lessons. \nYou will have the opportunity to learn about assistive technology and then hear about the work that we do with babies and toddlers in our Child and Family Therapy Services.

DESCRIPTION:This 1 day First Aid course is for Health and Safety Executive (HSE) level training and is accredited by Highfield Qualifications. \n  \nThe qualification gained when the course is successfully completed meets the requirements for training First Aid staff to HSE level and is valid for 3 years. \n  \nAfter the 3 year period the course has to be retaken. \n  \nThis course is suitable for individuals and companies\, there is a discount for group bookings of 6 or more people. \n  \n12 places available \n  \nDetails: \n  \n9am to 4pm – Pace\, 156 Wendover Road\, Aylesbury\, HP22 5TE \nRefreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch \nWear comfortable clothing that is suitable for moving and being on the floor \n  \nPlease bring identification with you and if you are attending for a refresher course you will need to bring your certificate with you. \n  \n \n
