SUMMARY:3 Peaks Challenge 2027
DESCRIPTION:The 3 Peaks Challenge is making a return for 2027 after a 5 year hiatus!  \n  \nThe Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a one-day epic adventure on 10th July 2027 to walk the three highest mountains in Yorkshire. The Yorkshire 3 Peaks covers 24 miles and the challenge is to complete the walk in 12 hours!\nTo complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks\, we must successfully summit the mighty Yorkshire mountains of Pen-y-Ghent\, Whernside and Ingleborough.\nTrekking these three mountains within 12 hours is not for the faint-hearted but provides an exhilarating and demanding challenge in some truly magnificent scenery.\nThe Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is designed to be challenging but it is certainly achievable\, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you’ll get there! \n  \nItinerary: \n06:15 – Check-in at the Ribblehead Viaduct\, Blea Moor Rd\, Carnforth LA6 3AS. \n06:30 – Commence the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge \n08:00 – Summit Whernside Peak \n09:15 – Arrive CP1 Philpin Farm Campsite Cafe\, Chapel-le-dale \n09:30 – Leave Cafe (20 minute break) \n10:55 – Summit Ingleborough \n12:45 – Arrive CP2 Horton-in-Ribblesdale \n13:30 – Leave Checkpoint  (20 minute break) \n15:10 – Summit Pen-y-Ghent \n18:00 – Arrive at Ribblehead Viaduct Carpark and complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks \n  \nWhat’s included: \nMountain Leader(s) \nSnacks before event and at Check Points \nVan Support where you can leave belongings \nHot food & drinks at 2nd Check Point (Horton-in-Ribblesdale) \nYorkshire 3 Peaks Finisher Medal \n  \nCould you hike the 3 peaks for Pace\, and raise money to make a difference? \nRegister your interest: Yorkshire Three Peaks – register your interest \n  \nKeep an eye out here and on our socials for updates: Facebook or Instagram
