Delivering specialist services in your community

Pace Community Outreach provides specialist programmes for children, families and schools within the community. We provide assessment, therapy and advice to families and schools to help support children’s development and encourage successful inclusion within school and the wider community.  Through this support children’s independence, self confidence and self esteem is promoted.

Pace Community Outreach offers comprehensive assessment and occupational therapy, physiotherapy and conductive education for children aged 4-18.

Children are able to access these outreach services through individual assessment and therapy sessions, small groups, school based services and commissioned services.

All therapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Therapists work within the codes of practice of their professional bodies.


Our outreach services

We deliver our outreach services in both mainstream and special schools, at home, or through our dual placement groups. Our outreach services are designed to provide tailored specialist support for children and young people with sensory motor disorders, their parents and the professionals who work with them.

Our facilities

Dual placement groups are held at our Bradbury Campus in a fully equipped therapy classroom with toys and specialist equipment which offer opportunities for:
