Whether it’s taking one step or learning to use a motorised wheelchair the challenges they overcome to be independent are huge. In Conversation with Dr Adam Rutherford.  \nThe evening starts at 7pm with drinks and canapés\, continuing with author discussion and book signing. A delicious two course bowl supper will be served afterwards. \nPeter Frankopan is Professor of Global History at Oxford University. \nPraise for Peter’s work: The Silk Roads: A New History of the World\, published by Bloomsbury in 2015\, was a No. 1 Sunday Times bestseller and remained in the top 10 for nine months after publication. DESCRIPTION:The Pace Christmas tree collection has been so successful in the past we have decided to bring it back! We are asking for a minimum donation of £5 per tree. However\, we would be hugely grateful for any additional donations. \nOur usual volunteers along with ‘Transport for Buckinghamshire’ and ‘Farmer Paul Aylesbury’ are kindly supporting this event and will be collecting your trees! \nIf you would like us to collect your tree\, please make sure it is outside your house on Saturday 7th January before 8am and you have booked a collection using our ticket service on this page. Please note we will not be knocking when we collect your tree\, and we will not be taking any wreaths or trees that are still decorated. And please ensure your address and postcode are correctly added\, as we will not be able to provide refunds if the correct information is not provided.  \n*We will only be collecting from the following areas – Aylesbury\, Bedgrove\, Elm Farm\, Buckingham Park\, Berryfields\, Fairford Leys\, Wendover\, Halton\, Aston Clinton\, Weston Turville\, Stoke Mandeville\, Bierton\, Kingsbrook and Watermead. DESCRIPTION:Our visitor mornings are unique and very powerful. You will have the opportunity to meet the children that benefit from your support\, and the dedicated staff\, as well as explore our fantastic facilities. We can promise you an interesting and inspiring visit. \nThere really is no better way to learn more about our work than to see it first-hand. So join us at one of our forthcoming Visitor Mornings. Visitor mornings take place in Aylesbury at our Bradbury Campus\, Wendover Road HP22 5TE. \n  \nThe visit will start at 9:45 when our specialist will talk you through a live session in our Child and Family Centre. Then we move down to meet the young people from some of our secondary school classes\, to learn about the curriculum\, our SMART school and what your support means to them. Next\, through the power of technology\, we will see the various classes of our Primary school as they have lessons throughout the morning.

The adventure starts in Amsterdam and travels across The Netherlands\, Belgium and into France finishing in the beautiful city of Lille. \n  \nOur information evening gives you the opportunity to meet the support team\, learn more about the fabulous route and understand how your support will help change the lives of babies\, children and young people. \nLearn more about what’s included\, the costs\, fundraising\, logistics\, kit requirements\, routes\, and how our experienced ride leaders and team will support you during this amazing adventure.
