Ian has ten years’ leadership experience within the voluntary sector, with Pace and the Oasis group of charities. He has been Chief Executive of Pace since September 2018, following an earlier stint as Director of Finance and Resources from 2011-14. He also represents the voluntary and community sector on the Buckinghamshire SEND Integrated Services Board. Prior to moving into the charity sector, Ian spent 20 years in financial services, predominantly with Goldman Sachs. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Institute of Fundraising and has bachelor’s degrees in both Management Sciences and History.
