Alumni Impact

Impact Highlights

Our first-ever alumni survey shows a very positive response from former Pace students and their parents, who have been able to reflect on the impact that Pace school has had on their later lives.

Respondents were a good spread of alumni and their parents, representing school leavers from Pace over the past ten years.

Respondents very broadly agreed that Pace had had a strong impact on its students. This was particularly the case for outcomes relating to sensory processing, posture and movement, independent living skills, and play and leisure.

100% of respondents “strongly agreed” or “agreed” that their family was more positive and less stressed because of Pace’s input.

Although “100%“strongly agreed” or “agreed” that “Pace provides information and advice that allows them to better support their children”, just over a quarter “neither agreed nor disagreed” that “Pace was a one stop shop for expert advice”. We are encouraged that this latter outcome is more unequivocally positive in recent surveys of current school parents.
